Sports massage speeds recovery after training by draining lactic acid accumulated in the muscles. It targets the muscles in depth. Movements are performed at a rapid pace, using forearms, elbows and fists. It’s ideal for professional athletes as well as for those seeking deep, general relaxation.

A time for the mother-to-be to rest, relax and recuperate.

From 12 weeks of gestation, the massage adapts to the needs and tensions of the pregnant woman, who lies ergonomically on her side. This massage greatly relieves recurring aches and pains caused by pregnancy. The many changes in the body often lead to tension, pain and lower back pain. Massage for pregnant women has beneficial effects, decongesting muscles, promoting blood circulation and making tissues more supple. In particular, it aims to relieve accumulated tension in the upper body, lower back and hips.  It’s a moment when the weight of the unborn baby can be forgotten and the mother-to-be can rest, relax and recuperate. ABOUTTHE POSTNATAL MASSAGE

The postpartum period is a time of upheaval in a woman’s life, often accompanied by divergent emotions ranging from intense happiness to fear, doubts, great fatigue and sometimes sadness… Every mother has her own story, her own childbirth, her own postpartum period, and I let each one come to me as she is, with or without the need to talk if she so wishes.

This well-being massage is a relaxing treatment, enabling the young mother to take time for herself, to relax, to relieve aches and pains linked to the postnatal period, such as pain and lack of sleep, but also to reconnect with the new body that gave birth and the emotions that flow from it.
